Partnership Information

Bookish Fairy Club Donation (Optional)

If your contribution is being donated to Bookish Fairy Club, our 501(c)(3) literacy nonprofit, you may request a donation acknowledgment letter.

Partnership Agreement

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I certify that I own or represent the business listed above.

• I agree to provide the services or experiences discussed with Bookish Haven Retreats.

• I understand that event dates, times, and guest counts will be confirmed in a separate Partnership Agreement.

• If applicable, I agree to honor the agreed-upon pricing, group discounts, and services outlined in our finalized agreement.

• I authorize Bookish Haven Retreats to use my business name, logo, website, and social media accounts for promotional purposes.

• I understand that participation is subject to scheduling availability and mutual agreement.

• Any required business licenses, permits, insurance, health department certifications, or food handling certifications are my responsibility.

• I agree to conduct myself and my staff professionally while interacting with Bookish Haven Retreats guests.

• Bookish Haven Retreats reserves the right to modify or cancel partnerships if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Once your registration form has been received, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to discuss your partnership, review contribution details, and finalize a formal Partnership Agreement.
