Points are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared.

Retreat credits are valid toward future eligible Bookish Haven retreats only.

Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

If a qualifying purchase or retreat reservation is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your account.

Manual points are awarded after eligibility has been verified.

Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Rewards Program may result in the forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
