Bookish Fairy Club Donation (Optional)

If your contribution is being donated to Bookish Fairy Club, our 501(c)(3) literacy nonprofit, you may request a donation acknowledgment letter.

Partnership Agreement

I certify that I own or represent the business listed above.

I agree to provide the products outlined in this registration.

All agreed-upon products, promotional materials, coupons, business cards, and raffle items must be received by Bookish Haven Retreats no later than six (6) months prior to the scheduled retreat date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Products should be new, clean, and accurately represent my business.

I authorize Bookish Haven Retreats to use my business name, logo, website, product images, and social media handles to promote our partnership.

Unless otherwise agreed, I am responsible for shipping my products to Bookish Haven Retreats.

Bookish Haven Retreats limits similar bookish businesses within each retreat to provide meaningful exposure for every partner.

Bookish Haven Retreats reserves the right to decline products that do not meet the agreed-upon standards or deadlines.

I understand that this registration outlines our intended partnership and helps Bookish Haven Retreats coordinate retreat planning.

Once your registration form has been received, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to discuss your partnership, review contribution details, and finalize a formal Partnership Agreement.
