Thank you for your interest in partnering with Bookish Haven Retreats!

We are honored to collaborate with authors who are passionate about connecting with readers and creating unforgettable bookish experiences.

Each retreat is limited to one featured author to ensure maximum exposure and engagement.

Please complete the information below so we can learn more about you and coordinate your partnership.

Bookish Fairy Club Donation (Optional)

If your contribution is being donated to Bookish Fairy Club, our 501(c)(3) literacy nonprofit, you may request a donation acknowledgment letter.

Partnership Agreement

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I certify that I am the author or authorized representative of the works listed above.

• All agreed-upon books, signed copies, promotional materials, bookmarks, swag bag items, and raffle donations or items must be received by Bookish Haven Retreats no later than six (6) months before the scheduled retreat date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• I authorize Bookish Haven Retreats to use my author name, pen name, book covers, promotional images, website, and social media links to promote our partnership.

• Unless otherwise agreed, I am responsible for shipping books and promotional materials to Bookish Haven Retreats.

• I understand that each retreat features one primary author to provide meaningful exposure and reader engagement.

• Bookish Haven Retreats reserves the right to decline or modify partnership opportunities if retreat needs or scheduling change.

Once your registration form has been received, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to discuss your partnership, review contribution details, and finalize a formal Partnership Agreement.
